Guest rates vary according to Time of Year, Length of Stay, Type of Event, Holiday and Number of Guests. Taxes, Cleaning, Travel Insurance, Staff Services, Food and Drink, Accessory Rental Items and Private Club Membership Privileges are in addition to the basic guest rate.

BOOKING SANDHURST IS EASY!   3 STEPS

Travel Insurance is recommended for all payments. All payments are non-refundable.

1. Reserve Your Dates and Sign the Rental Agreement. An installment payment of 50% of the rent, cleaning fee, state and county taxes is required, in addition to the Refundable Security Deposit.

2. Your Remaining Balance Due is payable 60 days prior to your arrival date. Installment payments are welcome by joining our Vacation Club. Visit the Cottages to Castles website for more details.
